BEFORE WE MEET
Every session begins with a relaxed pre-shoot planning Zoom.
It's a chance for us to get to know each other and chat through your family, location, outfits and what you'd most love to capture.
For in-home sessions, we'll also talk about your space and where the best natural light falls.
By the time your session arrives, everything is planned — all you need to do is show up and be together.
A NOTE ABOUT LIGHT
Light plays a big part in the way I photograph and the feeling of my images.
All Mument sessions are scheduled around sunrise or sunset, whether we're shooting outdoors or in your home. These times give us the soft, beautiful natural light that shapes the warmth and feel you see throughout my work.
As the light changes throughout the year, so will session times. We'll choose the best time together based on the season, your location and your family.
For indoor sessions, we'll also chat about the natural light in your home during our planning call so I can make sure we choose the best space and time for your session.
FAQ
Where will our session take place?
Sessions can take place outdoors at one of my favourite locations or in the comfort of your own home. We'll choose somewhere that works beautifully for your family and the story we're capturing.
What if my children don't cooperate?
They don't need to.
My sessions are relaxed and child-led. There's no expectation for little ones to sit still or smile at the camera. They can play, explore, cuddle, run around or take a break when they need to.
Some of the most beautiful moments happen when we stop trying to make everything perfect.
When will we receive our photos?
Your final gallery will be carefully edited and delivered via a private online gallery within 3-4 weeks.
Do you travel?
Travel is included for locations within 15km of postcode 2095. For sessions beyond this area, a small travel fee may apply.
What if we need more than an hour?
If you're planning something a little bigger — such as an extended family session or something requiring additional time — get in touch and we can create something that works for you.
